Prelude to SMASH

I haven't even gotten to play this game yet, and it is bringing such joy to my life. (Stand out "OH GOD WHAT IS CURRY" faces have to be Jigglypuff and Ike, who looks to be dipping into a little JoJo's Bizarre Adventure with that face. But Chrom and F!Robin are also up there in terms of raw adorable joy.)

This said, yesterday my nursing school friend and I *DID* go out and buy the game, to celebrate them surviving (and passing!) winter finals. Starting tomorrow, I plan to drive up to Breckenridge with them, buy a bunch of frozen pizzas, and dedicate the entire week to playing Smash. Ergo, SMASH WEEK.

(Also fic editing week, Legend of Zelda Week, Final Fantasy Week, etc. Since I'll also bring up the SNES and PS4. Friend has expressed an interest in Link to the Past, ergo I will bring it and some other SNES classics. And I always want to play on the PS4, so it makes sense to bring that up and some game selections too.)

I'm a little broken hearted over World of Light not being co-op, but we've decided that we'll at least tag-team it and switch off on the controller. Probably whenever we get a KO or a game over. I'm already anticipating some grand rock-paper-scissor throw downs on who we're going to main; Chrom, F!Robin, Lucina, Zelda, or Link are probably going to be the contenders. Though I can also see Shulk and Cloud in the roster, too.

Either way, I'm very much looking forward to this next week.

Hey, if she loves curry then good on her! (Given her habit for eating lollipops and enjoying those to the max as well, she's certainly consistent.) We just got the game all set up and are starting the World of Light as I type this. I am looking forward to this game! (And will type up more stuff on it, soon!)

Hah, that's absolutely true. Bayonetta is living her best curry-and-lollipop-filled life, and I respect that.
